Dr. Ronald H. Nellen is a board-certified oral and maxilliofacial surgeon practicing the highest level of oral surgical care in the Milwaukee area for over 20 years. Dr. Nellen is a dedicated student of the science of oral and maxilliofacial treatments and regularly continues his education to provide the latest in professional surgical techniques. These treatments are supported with the most contemporary equipment including C02 laser, digital radiography and sophisticated computer hardware and software to allow for more accurate and comprehensive care.
Dr. Nellen was born and raised in the Milwaukee area and attended UW Milwaukee where he completed his degree with honors. He then attended Marquette University School of Dentistry where he graduated "Cum Laude." After completion of these studies, he was honored to be offered an oral and maxilliofacial surgery residency at the Mayo Clinic and Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota.
He has been a guest lecturer on a local, state and national level speaking on topics including dental implants and reconstruction, temporomandibular joint dysfunction and disease, maxilliofacial trauma, sleep apnea, maxilliofacial pathology and orthognathic and facial reconstruction.
