Our primary goal is to provide you with the highest quality oral surgery and dental implant procedures available. As a patient, you are important to us and we make every effort to ensure that you will be treated in a safe environment, with kindness and understanding. We also strive to provide as much information as possible regarding your financial options to assist you with your investment in your oral health.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, money orders and credit card payments (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa).
If you would prefer a payment plan, we participate with Care Credit, which is basically a credit card for medical and dental treatment. Once your application is approved, Care Credit may extend credit, over time, for your treatment needs. The interest rate is lower than most other credit cards.
If you have dental benefits, please bring your insurance information with you to your consultation appointment. Depending on your individual plan, you could be responsible for payment of a deductible, a portion of services not covered by your plan, or full payment for services on the day of your appointment.
We will submit your dental claims for you. Insurance companies usually respond within four to six weeks. If you have more than one plan, we will submit the claim to the primary insurance company first. Once payment is received, we will submit the claim to your secondary insurance company.
Since you are ultimately responsible for payment of services, you will receive a month statement from our office. Once your statement indicates that your insurance company has sent payment, we appreciate prompt remittance of the balance on your account.
Some procedures we provide are covered by medical insurance. Please bring your insurance card to your first appointment. If your treatment plan includes procedures that might be covered by your medical plan, we will let you know.
